The Electronic Consultant was compiled by doctors at the Call4life clinic in accordance with the recommendations of The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), The National Institutes of Health (NIH), The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH).
Consultation consists of two steps: therapeutic screening and profile screening. Get ready to answer its questions as accurately as possible. 7-10 minutes will be enough to complete the consultation.
You will receive an email with the results of the consultation and the list of individual recommendations for laboratory and diagnostic tests after the consultation.
